What this is

Essei is a thinking aid. It asks questions about a draft answer — it does not verify facts, and it does not know your situation. Treat what it returns the way you would treat a colleague's objections over coffee: useful to think with, not an authority to defer to.

What it is not

Essei is not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who is accountable to you. Decisions you make after reading it remain yours.

What we do not claim to measure

The results page separates what was counted from what was not. Counts — how many context fields were withheld, how many coach roles ran — are exact. Depth of thinking is not measured, and the page says so rather than showing a number. There is no model here that can judge reasoning quality, so any such score would be a drawing, not a measurement.

If you ever see a numeric quality or depth score on this site, that is a defect. Please report it to [email protected].

Availability

Parts of this site depend on services that may not be attached to a given deployment — the draft from Sova, the reflection model, the database. When one is missing the page says which one and why, and keeps working without it. It does not fill the gap with invented content.

Your content

You keep every right in the text you bring. We do not use it to train anything. How it is handled is described in the privacy page.

Account and acceptable use

Signing in uses One Sovasta ID. Do not use the service to attack it or others, to submit someone else's confidential material without the right to do so, or in a way that breaks the law where you are.
